London-based Sarah McCrory has today been announced as the new Curator of Frieze Projects, the unique programme of artists’ commissions which takes place annually as part of Frieze Art Fair.
McCrory is known for her support and work with emerging, young and underrepresented artists. In the past she has worked with artists including Charles Atlas, Nairy Baghramian, Spartacus Chetwynd, Enrico David, Donald Urquhart and Cathy Wilkes.
We are pleased that in 2012 we will be working with Deutsche Bank as the main sponsor of Frieze Art Fair for the ninth consecutive year.
Frieze New York is a contemporary art fair that will take place on Randall’s Island, Manhattan 4 – 7 May 2012. The fair will feature approximately 170 of the world’s most forward-thinking galleries.
